Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Duties:
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or responses
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and returns
- Enter customer information and interactions accurately into the database
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Provide support in resolving any technical issues customers may encounter
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish are a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
